NYC Development Hub
today we launched the NYC Development Hub, our new state-of-the-art plan review center at 80 centre street in lower manhattan. the Hub harnesses the latest technology by allowing digital construction plans to be submitted and reviewed by multiple City agencies in a virtual environment. this paperless process will speed up construction project approvals and spur economic growth throughout the five boroughs. today’s opening of the Hub represents a landmark achievemnet for the department, and we invite you to learn what it’s all about by visiting www.nyc.gov/nycdevelopmenthub.
